The role of the Account Manager is to deliver a series of excellent customer experiences across a portfolio of new & existing accounts. Account Managers will have ownership of an account from the Pilot Project stage, and will be responsible for guiding the customer through their CONQA journey. The destination is for CONQA to be used as an integral business solution.
Work with Construction companies to deliver on the value proposition that has been sold to the customer.
Establish a Pilot Project for new customers that enables them to quickly see the usefulness in CONQA and have their users engage in the platform.
Educate new customers in the ‘pathway for success.’
Understand what the customers’ challenges & objectives are and provide solutions via CONQA.
Understand that the customer doesn’t know everything. Surprise them with additional value.
Maintain expertise and helpfulness - to be useful and clever in the implementation of CONQA.
Research what has worked for CONQA’s most successful customers and understand why.
Grow a portfolio of accounts through from Pilot Project - Multiple Projects.
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure you're accounts are on the appropriate subscriptions
Enhance the ‘hive-mind’ of the team by helping to maintain CONQA’s internal library of templates.
Own and develop a portfolio of accounts
Manage accounts in a way that is ‘simple, repeatable and robust’
Key metric: number of accounts converted from Pilot to ‘Company Wide’
