Admin & Office Manager

Job Listing:

Full time, one year fixed term maternity leave cover with the potential for a permanent role.

This role exists to help make Conqa a great place to work for our people & to ensure smooth operations of the Conqa offices & facilities we rely on as a business. 

You’ll be working with our directors & leaders, performing administrative requirements based on new and existing strategic initiatives, including recruitment, culture & performance framework duties. 

You’ll be one step ahead of what the team needs to work happily, ensuring the working environment is functional and productive.


Responsibilities:

Enable a smooth & positive onboarding experience from the get go for new Conqa team members by scheduling meet and greets with the team, ordering tech, and planning their first two weeks.

Event planning & bringing the team together regularly. Be it recognising religious festivals, birthdays, monthly quizzes or planning our epic christmas parties, you’ll be our go to organiser to ensure the team can connect, collaborate and enjoy each other's company.  

Ensure our two offices are running smoothly, are ‘client ready’ and are stocked with the supplies to make the environment effective for the team. You’ll also ensure the remote team has what they need to be happy & productive. 

Support our directors & leaders in an administration and communication capacity, be it scheduling travel for the team, organising reviews, interviews and employment contractual paperwork.

Be responsible for all office & facility related expenses and contracts including car & office leases, insurance and service providers.

Ensuring our health & safety policies are up to date & owning our fire safety evacuation procedure.


Requirements:

This role would suit someone who has worked in Office management, administration or receptionist. Startup experience preferred.

You’re an optimistic action taker, with a strong initiative.

Confident using modern software & technology. 

Problem solving skills - you’re comfortable tackling challenges.

You can multitask and prioritise tasks seamlessly.

Previous recruitment experience is a bonus!
